Ilana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has worked with young people of all ages in both traditional and nontraditional classroom settings. Before coming to CCT, Ilana worked with students with special needs in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she taught foundational life skills and provided behavioral support to her clients. She has experience working with young adults as a student health educator and as a leadership development program staff member. Ilana is a positive and encouraging advocate for her students and she is passionate about teaching skills for self-advocacy and for building a positive self-image.
Ilana moved to Bend in 2020 from her hometown of San Francisco. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking among big trees, standup paddleboarding on the Cascade Lakes, practicing yoga, and traveling.
